Job Title: Senior Payroll Officer
Department: Human Resource Department.
Located: Tripoli.
Activities
The jobholder will help the payroll supervisor to implement and follow up MOO Payroll process
- Timesheets & Action Forms follow up :- Verification/ Reviewing details/ Data input process
- Deductions of Advances ,Loans & General Income Taxes Control
- Payroll calculations process for all employees locals & expiates:- Review/ Verification/ Control/ Reports/ Booking of payroll transactions.
- Payments :-
Preparing salary payments request for payment approvals for all banks.
Bonuses payment.
Issuing of bank transfer letters to employees bank accounts.
- Taxes, INAS & Solidarity Progress :-
Preparing reports to be declared to TAX, INAS& DOLIDARITY Departments for all. Employees.
Preparing cover letters attachment.
Handing over of payroll signed to treasury section to dispatched to Banks
Collecting receipts of all payments made to Tax, Inas and solidarity
Documentation
- Keep personnel files for all employees in this regard.
- Reconcile with accounts payable section.
- File all records.
- For MOO Payroll HR Department (HRMS).
Prepare letters

- Responsible for MOO Payroll, to insure accuracy and timing of payroll payments
Qualifications / experience required
- Education : Bsc Accountant, High Deploma or equivalent
- Experience : 5 years, at Least Two years in Payroll activities.
Required competencies : Fluency in Arabic and English language/ Good knowledge of computer skills.
